A survey completion, a FreeRBX point balance, and pending Robux are not the same balance. Each belongs to a different part of the reward process. Identifying the stage you are actually waiting on tells you what to check and who can help.

Stage one: a partner validates the survey

Completing the last page does not directly add Robux to your Roblox account. The survey partner first validates the attempt and sends a credit notification to FreeRBX. Some results arrive quickly; others need additional checks. The partner's completion message and support history are useful evidence, but your available FreeRBX balance is the number to use when planning a withdrawal.

If a completion is missing, record the provider, survey ID if visible, expected reward, and completion time. Wait for any processing window shown by the provider before reporting it. An uncredited attempt is a survey tracking or validation question; looking at Roblox transactions cannot resolve it because no gamepass purchase has happened yet.

Stage two: available points and a withdrawal request

Approved rewards increase your FreeRBX points. At 10 points per listed Robux, 2,000 available points meets the minimum for a 200 Robux pass purchase request. Submitting sends the request into review. A pending request in your FreeRBX withdrawal history means the site-side process is still underway; it does not itself prove there is pending sale revenue inside Roblox.

Stage three: a sale creates Roblox revenue

Once FreeRBX purchases your pass, Roblox records a sale for the pass owner. Use My Transactions and the Sales of Goods filter to look for it. Roblox applies the relevant sale fee and pending period. Spendable Robux appears only after the pending revenue is released, so your main balance may not immediately rise even when the sale exists.

  • No credited points: check the survey partner and FreeRBX activity.
  • Points credited but request pending: check FreeRBX withdrawal history.
  • Request marked paid but no matching sale: confirm the pass owner and ask FreeRBX for purchase clarification.
  • Matching sale present but revenue pending: check Roblox's transaction status and current guidance.

Keep two dates, not one

Save both the withdrawal submission date and the gamepass purchase date. If you submitted Monday and the pass was purchased Thursday, the Roblox-side waiting period starts Thursday. When contacting support, describe which stage is stuck and include those dates. This avoids treating normal review time as a delayed Roblox sale or sending a survey issue to the wrong team.
