Submitting a withdrawal locks further requests until it resolves to paid or rejected. The limit protects both sides: one live pass to verify, one purchase to reconcile, no double-spend ambiguity.

Why one at a time

Each request ties points, a pass URL, and a username together for manual review and purchase. Parallel requests could reference the same pass at different prices or drain one balance twice. Serialization keeps every payout auditable: request, review, purchase, Roblox hold, done.

What to do while pending

  • Keep earning — points accumulate normally during review.
  • Keep the pass listed at the exact price with regional pricing off.
  • Do not reprice, delete, or transfer the pass until the status resolves.
  • Track the request date; review typically resolves within 1–2 days plus the Roblox hold.

Requesting again

Once the request is resolved, check both its status and your current points before submitting again. Point reservation and refund handling belong to the withdrawal record; do not assume a rejection costs nothing or restores a balance immediately. Ask support about an unexpected balance, then fix the cited pass issue before retrying.
