FreeRBX stores a verified Roblox numeric ID and username. Roblox renames keep the numeric ID, but a stale username can need attention before manual payout review. Check the name shown on the Withdraw card after a rename.
What breaks on rename
- Pending withdrawals: the pass owner no longer matches the verified name — expect rejection; wait for review outcome before relisting.
- New passes: create them under the renamed account's experience only.
- Display names do not matter: payouts match the @username, never the display name.
The safe order
Avoid renaming during an active review. A returning Roblox-only sign-in refreshes the canonical username from the same numeric ID. If an email account still shows an old verified name, ask support to review it before requesting another payout; do not create another account or assume a completed verification can be restarted from the page.
