A useful support ticket makes one reward easy to identify. Include the provider or payout destination, the relevant date, the expected amount, and what actually happened. That gives support a specific event to inspect instead of an unexplained change in your total balance.
Choose the stage that failed
If a survey completed but no points appeared, the question is partner validation or crediting. If points are available but a withdrawal is pending, the question is FreeRBX review. If a pass sale exists but the Robux is pending, the question is Roblox's revenue release. These stages involve different records, so use the channel responsible for the event you can actually see.
Collect the minimum useful details
- Provider name and survey or offer ID, if one was shown.
- Start and completion date, approximate time, and time zone.
- Expected points and the result message, including whether the attempt completed or screened out.
- For a withdrawal: requested amount, submission date, linked Roblox username, pass URL, and current status.
- A cropped completion or error screenshot, plus the checks you already tried.
Before filing, read any processing or dispute window shown by the provider. Waiting until that window passes avoids reporting a result that is still processing, while checking a claim deadline prevents leaving it too late. Different partners can have different rules; a generic blog timeline should not override the instructions attached to your actual study or offer.
A short message template
Try: 'I completed [provider / study ID] on [date] at [time and time zone]. The listed reward was [points]. The final page said [exact message], but my FreeRBX balance or activity shows [actual result]. I waited [provider's stated processing window] and checked [steps]. The cropped result screenshot is attached. Could you check the credit status for this attempt?' Replace every bracket with your own details; do not invent an ID that was never displayed.
For a pass purchase issue, replace the study details with the withdrawal date, pass link, requested amount, and whether a matching Roblox sale appears. If the issue is the net amount, state both the listing price and recorded revenue. That makes a fee calculation distinguishable from a missing purchase.
Keep the ticket private and focused
Do not include passwords, Roblox session cookies, login codes, or full survey answers. Remove unrelated personal information from screenshots. Use official contact pages and reply in the existing thread when adding evidence. Repeated new tickets do not produce new transaction evidence, and a completion screenshot does not guarantee a manual credit if the partner rejects the attempt's eligibility or quality.
