FreeRBX pays out through gamepasses on our Roblox game — the only official way to move Robux between accounts without gift cards. Here is the full process and what to expect at each step.
The 3 steps
- Redeem: hit the points minimum and request a payout. We list a gamepass on our game for your payout amount.
- Buy: purchase the gamepass from your Roblox account, like any normal gamepass.
- Receive: the Robux (minus the 30% Roblox marketplace fee) is credited from the sale. Our point rates already account for the fee, so estimates hold.
How long does it take?
Gamepass sales have a pending period of a few days before Robux clears — this is Roblox's rule, not ours. Expect your payout to arrive within 3–7 days of buying the gamepass. If it has been longer than a week, contact support with your username and redemption date.
Troubleshooting
- Can not find the gamepass? Make sure you are on our official game — the link is in your redemption email.
- Bought the wrong gamepass? Contact support immediately with the receipt.
- Amount looks 30% short? That is the marketplace fee, already factored into the points math — check the estimate on the rewards page.
