You can use supported survey walls on a phone, but a mobile session has more ways to be interrupted. A full browser, a stable connection, and a few checks before starting reduce avoidable loading and tracking problems. They do not change whether your profile qualifies.
Start in a full browser
Open FreeRBX directly in an updated browser such as Safari or Chrome instead of an embedded browser inside a social app. In-app browsers may handle new tabs, storage, or provider redirects differently. Sign in, confirm the Earn page loads, and inspect any network warning before opening a study. If a survey lists desktop-only requirements, save it for a supported device.
Avoid starting in a temporary private session unless the provider explicitly supports it. Some private modes restrict the storage used to keep an attempt connected across pages. You do not need to turn off all browser protections globally: inspect the specific failure, use a provider-supported configuration, and decide whether you are comfortable with the provider's data practices.
Prepare a session you can finish
- Charge your phone and allow enough uninterrupted time for the listed study duration.
- Choose a stable connection and avoid moving between networks during the attempt.
- Turn off a VPN or proxy before using FreeRBX; do not use an emulator or location-spoofing tool.
- Make question text readable with browser zoom or orientation changes before answering.
- Use one active attempt at a time, and avoid refreshing or using Back unless the survey itself instructs you to.
Treat redirects and app offers differently
A survey may open a provider tab and later redirect back. Keep the original page available so you can inspect the result. An app offer has additional attribution conditions, such as being a new user or installing through the partner's link. Read those conditions before installing. Switching device, store account, or installation route can make a goal ineligible even when the app itself works.
If the phone layout prevents completion
If a button is hidden, a grid cannot be read, or a media task fails, capture the error and survey identifier. Do not repeatedly submit random answers to get past it. Try the provider's supported layout guidance, or leave the attempt if the required device is unavailable. Report the device model, operating system, browser, and the page that failed so the issue is reproducible.
At completion, save the result message and time without exposing private answers. Then check whether points were credited after the provider's stated window. A screenshot supports an investigation, but does not guarantee approval if the attempt did not meet the study's conditions.
