Referral credit hinges on one moment: the friend's signup carrying your 8-character code. If the code is missing, malformed, or stripped in transit, the account is created unattributed — and attribution is permanent, so fixes happen before signup, not after.

Why attribution fails

  • Copied link truncated: the ?ref=XXXXXXXX tail cut off in chat apps.
  • In-app browsers stripping query params on redirect to the real browser.
  • Adblock or private mode dropping the stored invite state mid-signup.
  • Manual URL edits: lowercase or shortened codes fail the format check.

Get it right

Share the full link, have the friend open it in Chrome or Safari (not in-app), confirm the invite banner shows on the signup card, then complete signup in the same session. The 10% bonus then mints automatically with each of their credits — no thresholds, no claims.

If it already failed

Contact support promptly with your code, the shared URL, the friend's signup date, and both referral-panel counts. The friend should write from their own account for private history checks. Late, evidence-free claims cannot be reconstructed.
