Choose the login method you used to create the account. Roblox-only accounts use a fresh bio ownership check; email accounts use their FreeRBX email and password. Email confirmation is deferred to cashout, including for older unconfirmed accounts.
Fix order
- Confirm you are on the Log in tab, not signup — a second signup with the same email errors instead of signing you in.
- Re-type the email slowly; check caps lock and trailing spaces on the password.
- Roblox-only accounts: choose Use Roblox and complete the fresh code check. Never enter your Roblox password on FreeRBX.
- Older unconfirmed email accounts can log in with their existing password; inbox verification comes at cashout.
- If you forgot your FreeRBX password or cannot complete your original login method, contact support instead of creating duplicate accounts.
When it is not the password
Banned or deleted accounts fail login regardless of password accuracy. If resets arrive but never work, or the account vanished after a VPN or age-flag review, contact support from the account email with signup date and last balance rather than cycling resets.
