A FreeRBX invitation and a referral earning event are different things. The friend must join through the intended referral flow, and eligible rewards must be credited before there is a commission to inspect. Check the original link and source reward before treating an empty bonus total as a tracking failure.

Copy your invite link from the Earn page rather than recreating it from memory. The FreeRBX signup flow accepts an eight-character referral code. When sharing the link, make sure a messaging app, copied snippet, or edited URL has not removed its referral parameter. A friend opening a plain homepage link and registering without the code is not the same flow.

If the friend already had an account, clicking an invite afterward should not be assumed to retroactively attach a new referrer. Do not create duplicate accounts to repair an attribution mistake: FreeRBX's terms permit one account per person and prohibit referral abuse. Ask support about the original signup details instead of trying to produce a second signup record.

Look for the eligible source reward

The referral program describes a 10% commission on eligible credited survey and offer points. A friend who only signed up or attempted an unapproved survey may not yet have a source earning event. Check the referral panel and relevant bonus activity after the friend's reward is actually credited. Do not assume signup bonuses or every special reward category produces the same commission without checking the current program rules.

  • A hypothetical 300-point eligible reward produces 30 referral points at a 10% rate.
  • Those 30 points are 3 Robux of pass listing value at the 10-point conversion, not 30 Robux.
  • A 1,000-point eligible reward produces 100 referral points, equivalent to 10 Robux of listing value.
  • Sale fees and withdrawal minimums still apply when those points are redeemed.

An adjusted bonus may reflect a reversal

If a partner reverses the friend's original reward, the corresponding referral commission can be adjusted too. Compare the timing of the source reward and bonus change. A commission linked to a reversed credit is a different question from a missing original signup attribution. Keep those cases separate in your support request so the correct records can be reviewed.

What to send support

Provide your referral code, the invite URL you shared, approximate signup date, the referral panel's displayed counts, and the relevant reward or bonus date. Your friend should contact support from their own account when their private credit history is needed. Do not exchange passwords or publicly post email addresses and transaction screenshots to prove a referral.

When you share a rewards link, explain the commission relationship and let the friend read the rates and terms themselves. Referrals work best as a clear invitation to an eligible user, not a promise of guaranteed earnings or a reason to spam communities. Honest expectations also make it easier to distinguish real technical issues from a reward that simply has not occurred yet.
