You finished the survey, saw the completion screen — and no points landed. Before you panic: most missing credits are timing, not theft. Here are the 7 causes in order of likelihood and the fix for each.
1. It is still pending (most common)
Providers approve completions in batches — anywhere from minutes to 24 hours. Check your Earn page activity: a 'pending' row means the credit is in flight. Hit the refresh button after an hour before assuming anything is wrong.
2. You were screened out at the last step
Some surveys disqualify you after the final page based on quality checks. You usually get a small consolation (5 points on FreeRBX) instead of the full amount. The completion screen does not always distinguish — check whether a screenout row appeared.
3. VPN, adblock, or tab switching broke tracking
- VPN or proxy: providers reject the completion silently and pay zero.
- Adblock or dropped cookies: the completion pixel never fires.
- Refreshing or going back mid-survey: breaks the session chain.
- Fix: disable VPN and adblock on survey domains, finish in one sitting.
When to contact support
If 48 hours passed with no pending or approved row, contact support with the survey name, completion time, and a screenshot of the completion screen. Providers can manually credit with that evidence — without it, there is nothing to look up.
