A CPX screenout — disqualified partway because you do not fit the target audience — credits a flat 5-point consolation on FreeRBX instead of the survey's listed reward. It is small by design: the researcher did not buy your partial answers, but your time still counts for something.

Screenout vs. quality rejection

Profile-mismatch screenouts pay the 5-point consolation and appear as screenout rows. Failed attention checks, rushing, or contradictory answers are quality rejections: they pay zero and can lower your provider quality score, which reduces future inventory. The Earn activity labels tell you which happened.

Why the consolation is flat

Full rewards come from researcher payments per complete; a screenout generates no researcher payment, so the platform funds the consolation itself. A flat 5 points keeps it sustainable across thousands of screenouts a day. It is a courtesy, not a wage for the minutes spent.

Raising your complete rate

  • Finish profiler surveys so matching starts from real data.
  • Answer consistently — age, household, and job must agree across pages.
  • Slow down to the estimated survey time; rushing reads as botting.
  • Attempt surveys soon after they appear; stale quotas screen out more.
