Hitting submit starts a short pipeline: automated checks, manual review, purchase, then the Roblox pending hold. Most requests clear review within 1–2 days; the Roblox hold adds 3–7 more. Here is each stage.
Stage 1: automated checks (minutes)
The system verifies your balance covers the cost, the gamepass URL is well-formed, and you have no other pending request. Failures here bounce instantly with an error message telling you exactly what to fix.
Stage 2: manual review (up to 48 hours)
- Staff open your pass: price exactly the request amount? For sale and visible?
- Regional pricing off? Owner matches your verified Roblox username?
- Earnings look legitimate (no fraud flags on the account)?
- Pass review and we buy the pass; fail and the request is rejected with the reason shown in history.
Stage 3: the Roblox hold (3–7 days)
After purchase, Roblox holds the revenue as 'pending' before it clears to you. This is Roblox policy, not ours — expect the Robux about a week after the purchase date. Contact support only if 7 days pass post-purchase with no clearance.
