The wallet does not apply a daily countdown or monthly decay to approved points. Withdrawal costs, reversals and account-level actions can affect the balance, and the Terms describe account closure rules. A limited-time activity boost has an eligibility deadline; that is separate from expiry of an already-approved point balance.
What removes points
- Withdrawals: approved payouts deduct the point cost once.
- Provider reversals: researcher fraud reports claw back the credit and any referral bonus minted from it.
- Bans: terms violations (fake demographics, VPN abuse, multi-accounting) forfeit pending and available balances.
- Deletion: deleting your account deletes the ledger with it — withdraw first.
What does not remove points
Slow weeks, thin inventory, pending delays, and username changes leave approved balances untouched. The progress bar to 2,000 points may stall, but it never slides backward on its own. Screenout consolations, once credited, are yours the same as completes.
Protect the balance
Use one honest account on a clean connection, keep the login email accessible for recovery, and withdraw before any account change you are unsure about. If a balance drops unexpectedly, check Earn activity for reversal rows before assuming expiry.
