The CPX survey wall goes blank or shows zero surveys for a handful of repeatable reasons. Run through these in order — 9 times out of 10 one of the first three fixes it.

VPN or datacenter IP (cause #1)

CPX rejects VPN, proxy, and datacenter IPs outright. If you see a VPN warning on the Earn page, turn it off completely (not just pause) and reload. Mobile users: disable iCloud Private Relay or VPN profiles too.

Script blocked or double-loaded

  • Adblock or strict tracking prevention kills the CPX script — whitelist the survey domain.
  • Use the 'Open the survey wall directly' link under the wall as a fallback; it loads the full-page iframe version.
  • Hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R) if the wall rendered once and now shows stale content.

Genuinely no inventory

Some regions and late-night hours simply have no surveys. If the direct link also shows zero, check back in the morning — new inventory drops daily. Fill your profile completely in the meantime; matched profiles see more.
