A FreeRBX withdrawal needs the public link to the pass you are selling. An experience link, a profile link, and a Creator Hub editing link are different destinations. Copying the correct URL gives reviewers a direct route to the exact pass they should purchase.
What a public pass link looks like
The expected shape is https://www.roblox.com/game-pass/123456789/Pass-Name. The number after game-pass is the pass identifier; the name is a readable label. The number in this example is illustrative, not a payout destination. FreeRBX normalizes accepted links to the roblox.com host and numeric pass ID, so an unrelated asset or game URL is not a substitute.
A link containing /games/ leads to an experience, and one containing /users/ leads to a profile. A Creator Hub dashboard URL opens editing controls rather than the public purchase page. Even if those pages contain numeric IDs, their numbers do not become pass IDs just because you paste them into a withdrawal form.
Find the pass from Creator Hub
- Open Creator Hub, select the correct experience, and find Monetization → Passes.
- Select the pass created for the requested amount and locate its public Roblox page.
- If you need the numeric ID separately, Roblox documents Copy Asset ID in the pass thumbnail's menu.
- Copy the full public game-pass URL and open it in another browser tab to inspect the destination.
- Confirm the pass creator matches the intended owner before submitting the link.
A valid link does not prove the pass is ready
The URL can be correctly formed while the pass is off sale, priced incorrectly, or owned by the wrong account. For FreeRBX, use your own pass, set the price to exactly the requested Robux amount, keep it visible and available for sale, and disable regional pricing. A 400 Robux request requires a 400 Robux listing, not a price calculated to hide the marketplace fee.
Roblox's Creator Hub layout and listing requirements can change. If the public page does not expose the pass as expected, inspect the current sale and shop listing settings and consult Roblox's pass documentation. A saved edit inside the dashboard is not enough if a buyer cannot access the resulting public listing.
If the link is rejected
Remove accidental spaces and recopy the public URL from Roblox. Do not use a shortened link or a lookalike domain. If the correct link still fails, send support the pass URL, requested amount, and exact error text. Keep the listing stable during review so the pass inspected later is the one you intended to submit.
